I find a thousand words for happy
the feeling of lostness
two or three streets from home
the sweetness of doing
nothing all Sunday
outside a car radio playing
oh mercy mercy me
reading an old mystery
with light streaming
through blue pines
and freshly washed curtains
and you upstairs
under the white quilt
